Item Description

Lustrous, translucent, tan, sandwich-style, baryte blades in striking jackstraw fashion cover this sculptural large plate from this classic, old Italian iron mine. Excellent material, with just a bit of periphery wear. This style and color of baryte is uncommon from here and this is a good one. Ex Robert Nowakowski Collection.
