Item Description

Classic Colorado barite. Two parallel-growth clusters of pretty blue, water-clear to translucent, glassy barite blades with chisel or flat terminations are aesthetically intergrown and are nicely accented with a bit of calcite and clay matrix. This cutie looks fine from either side, has many display possibilities and the crystals are pristine. From the well-known late 1980s finds.
