Item Description
A superb cluster of lustrous and translucent, rich amber colored barite crystals, to 3.5 cm in length, from this famous bismuth and uranium mine. Here, the golden translucent blades are perched nicely on a quartz matrix for an unusually good displays pecimen, quite different than most we see which are singles and clusters! These came out in the 1980s and maybe into the 1990s. A few, spear like crystals are also doubly terminated. From the Pohla deposit, just remarkable in its preservation and complete quality. valued $1250-1500
