Item Description

A highly sculptural and 3-dimensional large specimen of dense parallel-growth clusters of light grayish-blue baryte spearpoints. The clusters look like fans or frills on the edges. The translucent crystals have a frosty/matte luster and the distinctive sandy oxide coating on the terminations adds color and character. The interior is in great shape, with only a few broken blades and the scattered periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction. Choice and uncommon large material with multiple display views. Self-collected by Paco Gutierrez.
