Item Description

This locality has periodically produced some excellent barytes and this is a fine example. Very glassy, translucent, parallel-growth, pretty grayish-blue spearpoints form an aesthetic two-sided specimen. Nearly pristine, with just bit of periphery wear at the base. Self-collected by Paco Gutierrez. Looks like choice Cumbria baryte!
