Item Description

Sparkly, bulb-like florets of tan, bladed barite crystals totally cover all sides of this striking large rib from the famous Machow Mine. Bright, gemmy, canary-yellow sulfur crystals richly peppered about really add color and character to this fine piece. The base shows the layered nature of the barite and sulfur. The few bruises are concentrated on one side. A very ornate and excellent large specimen. Ex Dave Stoudt Collection # 633 and purchased by Dave at the Tarnozbrzeg home of Eugene Kielek in November, 2000.
