Barite ("Radianbarite")

Item Description

A classic piece of the radium-bearing Barite specimens from the well known locality at Lahost (Jenikov), featuring sharp, lustrous, somewhat "square" blocky crystals up to 5 mm with selective deposition of luster and matte faces. The piece has a nearly full coverage of crystals and they range from golden-orange to smoky-grey in color. Hard to find on the market now and very worthwhile for any collector of the mateiral.
