Item Description

Incredibly water-clear and glassy, light smoky, tabular, barite crystals are sculpturally festooned on the matrix of pink manganoan dolomite rhombs on this showy and excellent combination specimen from Peru. The crystals have razor-sharp edges and the large compound crystal is 1.7 cm. The beautiful crestal blade is 1.2 cm. Choice, gemmy barites from this find and essentially pristine.
