Item Description
Barite on fluorite combinations from the Rock Candy Mine are a Canadian classic. Transparent to translucent, blocky, tabular barites are aesthetically festooned on the large, frosted, intensely stepped-growth, bi-colored, green with a lavender exterior, fluorite octahedron. The striking, nearly pristine (trivial bruising on a back edge) large barite crystal, 2.3 x 1.8 cm, has dramatic, sharp, interior phantoms. A couple of other bruised barites are certainly a modest detraction to showy and excellent combination classic. Modest deep purple fluorescence. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
