Item Description

This is a seldom seen Barite specimen from Brukkaros, Namibia. It is essentially a nearly 100% WATER CLAR, fairly sharp, well-formed prismatic crystal with a distinctive golden amber hue, but does show a bit of zoning from a lighter to a richer hue in areas. A cool thumbnail of this lesser known material, and a nice thumbnail to add to a gem crystal suite.
