Item Description
An elegant and very aesthetic cluster of wonderful, prismatic, lustrous and gemmy, ice-blue, barite crystals on a thin calcite crust from a named pocket at the famous Stoneham locality of Colorado. The architecture is excellent and the large crystal is 2.2 cm. This fine piece is from the major 1989 finds. Nearly pristine, only one crystal on the periphery is broken. An excellent collecting job for such a specimen. Ex Steve Smale Colletion. Valued at $250.
