An outstanding, old English barite from this less well-known locale. Striking, jackstraw clusters of parallel-growth barite blades preferentially dusted with platy, bladed iron oxides comprise this showy piece. The barites are highly lustrous, transparent to translucent and have nifty chiseled terminations. Nearly pristine, this fine piece has very minimal bruising.
