Item Description
The Rock Candy Mine is a classic Canadian locale, well-known for barite and fluorite specimens. This is an aesthetic specimen of two glassy, translucent, tabular, amber barite crystals attached to a matrix of smaller barites. The bit of noted edge wear to the large crystals is certainly only a modest detraction to this fine piece. The two excellent side views strongly minimize the bruising.
