Item Description
A classic and excellent barite specimen from Romania. Parallel-growth clusters of lustrous, translucent, light sea-green barite blades comprise this fine piece, which has virtually no matrix. For such dense coverage, there are very few bruised or broken crystals. Specimens of this superior quality came out in the heyday of production in the 1980s. Ex Howard Belsky Collection.
