Item Description
A textbook, complete all-around ball of tan barite crystals from the famous Elmwood Mine. This is about as good as it gets from Elmwood, for a single barite ball. The ball rests on a thin plate of silicified limestone, that is festooned with tiny, gemmy and a few larger, rubyjack sphalerite crystals. There are even tiny, sparkly calcites sprinkled on the ball. Very nearly pristine. Superb older material from the Consie Prince Collection.
