A textbook large bladed barite ball from Elmwood. The lustrous creamy blades have classic form and the piece has only a few spots of trivial bruising. Purple fluorite and rubyjack sphalerite are on the underside. Classic Elmwood barite. It is a fine display specimen that has long been in the mineral collection of John Culberson, a Texas Congressmen in the US House of Representatives for the Houston area.
