Item Description

An attractive small cabinet specimen featuring sharp, bladed yellow colored crystals of Barite coated by small sparkling white Calcites sitting on purple Fluorite matrix. This locality is well known for its Fluorite specimens, but pieces with Barite, Calcite and Fluorite are few and far between on the market these days. This area is completely closed down and will never produce these specimens again. Ex Ross Lillie collection (#RCL0362), whose label states that it was collected in July 1982.
