A really attractive specimen of golden tabular Barite from the famous Meikle Mine. VERY sharp and HIGHLY lustrous thick tabular crystals with good translucency, and VERY little damage save the bottom/back where it detached from the matrix. The largest crystal measures a whopping 8.0 cm. Valued at $2500 in the inventory. These are some of the finest quality Barites crystals from the Western Hemisphere and are very worthwhile for collectors since there is less and less material on the market these days.
