A really attractive large cabinet display specimen of golden tabular Barite from the famous Meikle Mine. VERY sharp and HIGHLY lustrous crystals with great internal gemminess, and VERY little damage save the bottom where it detached from the matrix. The largest crystal measures 4.7 cm. Valued at $4,000.00 in the inventory. These are some of the finest quality Barites crystals from the Western Hemisphere and are very worthwhile for collectors since there is less and less material on the market these days.
