Fine quality, chisel-shaped, GEM Barite crystal of a soft golden yellow color measure up to 2.6 cm on this attractive display specimen from the Dee Mine. You don't see a lot of these on the market, and they are certainly well above average when it comes to clarity and color. Most Barite crystals are not transparent, let alone sharp, lustrous AND transparent, so don't miss out on this one, as it's the only piece we have to offer from this locality. A few nicks here and there keep it from being 100% perfect, hence the auction listing, but if you collect US minerals, Nevada minerals or worldwide Barites, this is one to consider.
