Item Description
EXTREMELY RARE and striking banded fluorite lapidary material from an unknown locale near Lovelock, Nevada. Beautiful banded hues of green, purple and lavender are visible on the lustrous, transparent to translucent sculptural curved sliced, polished and coated large nodule. Rich purple fluorescence. Several more smaller 4 mm slabs could be cut from the nodule. Ex Chet Lemanski Collection and acquired in 1989. 390 grams mass.
