Sculptural, colorful, gorgeous, large, polished, densely banded fluorite slab from recent Chinese finds. This pristine, highly lustrous, seductive, two-sided piece with rounded edges and a rind is transparent to translucent and has entrancing variable hues of green, purple, blue and colorless bands. A beautiful and artistic example of densely banded fluorite from China. 445 grams mass. This is from a recent find of the highest quality we have seen in decades, from a new province....the old 1990s material was from Hunan.
