Item Description

Baddeleyite is a fairly rare Zirconium Oxide that is not typically found is well-defined crystals that are larger than micros. In recent years, some of the largest Baddeleyite crystals have been coming out of the Mogok region of Burma. This specimen is a very hard to find, sharp, well-formed, prismatic, dark brown color prismatic crystal group of Baddeleyite from a discovery in 2009. One of the very few Baddeleyite specimens I have seen from Burma, and this is certainly a great opportunity to obtain a good specimen of a hard to find species.
