Babingtonite

Item Description

Sharp, lustrous, striated, jet-black, babingtonite crystals form a very aesthetic miniature cluster on this fine specimen from recent Chinese finds. I really like the architecture of the sidecar crystals. Complete all-around and in excellent shape. One of the sidecar crystals has a gently bruised termination edge. The contact, with no damage, and slight termination edge wear on the back of this showy piece are out-of-sight. For the species, a very fine miniature.
