Item Description

Scintillating crystals of azurite arranged in undulating waves amidst thick belts of banded malachite make this CABINET matrix specimen a stunning display piece for overall eye appeal and form. It is from the early 2000's Chinese finds. The azurite crystals sparkle as they have the highly desirable, flashy, electric-blue gemminess. This beautiful specimen has wonderful aesthetics and compares very favorably with old Bisbee material. While we have sold many such specimens from a big lot I bought back in 2006, this is a particularly nice piece for its overall form and juxtaposition of the azurite and malachite habits
