A very attractive small cabinet display specimen of Azurite on Malachite from the prolific Liufengshan mine. It features deep blue Azurite crystals which are sitting atop botryoidal and banded forest green color Malachite on matrix. The color contrast is just beautiful and truly resembles classic material from Arizona. I really like the fact that the piece can be viewed from several angles, giving the viewer a unique perspective each direction. These specimens are certainly among the most celebrated contemporary Azurite specimens out there. Valued at $700.
