Item Description

Scintillating rosettes of gemmy, "electric-blue", azurite blades richly fill a sculptural vug lined with malachite. The azurite crystals form smaller balls on the back and are even gemmier and flashier! Ex Giancarlo Fioravanti Colllection and obtained from the Sid Pieters Collection in 1967. Old-time, excellent two-sided material from the upper oxidized levels, as there is an old paper label on the bottom. These are first-class tiny azurites from Tsumeb.
