Scintillating spherical aggregates of royal-blue and navy-blue azurite microcrystals cover a large vug in sculptural gossan matrix. Scattered contrasting malachite is a fine accent. This is a rich, colorful and impressive azurite specimen from this ancient sulfide mining district. The azurite has classic electric-blue color under bright light and has multiple fine display views. Gorgeous, and an unusual locality piee!
