A fantastic, eye-catching "floater" Azurite "rosette" aggregate from this famous locality in China. The piece comprises lustrous, very sharp, tightly intergrown rich royal-blue color crystals which remind me of classic examples from places like Bisbee or Chessy. This is not from a contemporary discovery, but actually came out in the early 1980s, and were imported by Richard Kosnar. This is very good quality for the species, and stands out as one of the best examples that I've had to offer in a while. Valued at $1,950 in our inventory.
