Splendent, dark navy-blue azurite crystals fill two sculptural vugs in sturdy gossan matrix on this classic old-timer from Broken Hill. The azurites has stunning "electric-blue" gemminess under bright light. Excellent azurite from this famed locale. Ex British Museum of Natural History and Giancarlo Fioravanti Collections and obtained in 1975 in exchange there per his label.
