Item Description

A rare example of this classic, turn-of-the-1900s era pseudomorph in which Azurite and Malachite came after Selenite. It is not totally apparent if this is a true replacement pseudomorph, or together the Azurite and Malachite formed a cast around selenite, which then dissolved out and left the crystals hollow. Probably it is a little bit of each. Either way, this is an aesthetic, old-time classic. Such specimens are rare, and highly valued.
