Vibrant royal-blue azurite coats gemmy gypsum variety selenite crystals cover the sculptural gypsum crust matrix on this striking, very colorful, rich and RARE specimen from the famous Ray Mine. This is a rich example of this rare combination varietal. The back and sides of the piece show uncoated selenite crystals. Facinating! Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained in a trade from Dennis Forman of Dudleyville, Arizona July, 2000. Valued at $200.
