Item Description

A colorful and showy combination piece from the famous Morenci Mine. The sculptural vug is densely packed with rosettes of sparkly, pretty azure-blue azurite blades on a thin underlying crust of malachite on porphyry matrix. Classic and excellent combo material from this famous Arizona locale, dating to the 1960s or 70s. Ex Robert Fender Collection.
