Item Description
An attractive matrix specimen of Azurite on Brochantite from the famous Milpillas Mine. This piece features fine quality, sharp, rather lustrous, somewhat gemmy, deep blue, bladed crystals of Azurite measuring up to 1.0 cm aesthetically sitting atop a mound of acicular green Malachite on matrix. Good quality overall, but not perfect, hence the auction listing. Most of the Azurites are undamaged and the piece shows nicely from a few different directions.
