Azurite (New Find)

Item Description

Highly lustrous, rich azure-blue, azurite blades form a showy mounded specimen from a New Find at a new mine and was debuted at Munich last year. Many of the crystals have beautiful "electric-blue" color under bright light, while other have a more matte finish from a secondary azurite overgrowth. Much of the piece is composed of striking stepped-growth blades. A bit of periphery wear on one edge is certainly a modest detraction. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
