Item Description

Rosettes of blocky azurite crystals have beautiful flashes of the electric-blue translucence under bright light on this showy and rich large combination from the famous mines at Bisbee. There are malachite pseudos after sharp azurite crystals and radiating sprays of chatoyant, acicular primary malachite crystals as fine accessories. A bit of bruising is noted, but is certainly a modest detraction to this fine, highly representative piece. Classic older combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection
