Item Description
A striking and showy combination miniature from Tsumeb. The block, vuggy matrix, rich in green mottramite hosts a startling vein of adamantine luster cerussite. An upright cluster of sharp, lustrous, azurite blades is centrally located on top of the cerussite vein and is flanked by chatoyant pseudomorphs of malachite after azurite crystals. The form and display of the three species is dramatic against the wall of matrix. Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained at the Tucson Show in 1993 in a trade with a street dealer. Valued at $250.
