This piece features many excellent, quality, sharp, rather lustrous, deep blue, bladed crystals of Azurite measuring up to 8 mm associated with minor green Malachite, beautifully set on matrix. The piece is in good condition overall, as most of the crystals are undamaged. When backlit, the Azurites show decent gemminess, with vivid indigo hues.
