Item Description
Highly lustrous, striated, blocky, midnight-blue, azurite crystals form an impressive and very aesthetic miniature from the famous Tsumeb Mine. These are classic, super-sharp, very highly regarded crystals from the upper oxidized levels and are only available from recycled advanced collections. Areas of "electric-blue" gemminess are visible under bright light. This cutie has mulitple display views. The striking large crystal has a contact on the leading edge with a small bruise and the two "wing" crystals have lightly bruised corners. This remains an outstanding example of the species and renowned locale. It comes with a Zweibel's Mineral Kingdom label and price dating to 1992 to 1994. The piece dates to the famous 1980 pocket.
