Beautiful, lustrous, dark blue color "rosettes" of Azurite measuring up to 8 mm with minor green Malachite on matrix from the classic locality at Morenci. This area has produced some of the most attractive Azurites from any locality in the world. Obviously, Bisbee is the premier Arizona locality for Azurite, but Morenci produced some really eye-catching specimens over the years. This attractive display specimen is in great shape. The piece comes from the collection of Bev & Mars Mikell.
