Item Description

A classic display specimen of Azurite from the world famous locality of Touissit. A group of fine quality, deep midnight azure color, thick bladed crystals make this small cabinet specimen a great overall piece from this locality. Like many Azurites from Touissit, the edges of crystals glow with an electric indigo color when backlit. The piece overall crystal is in superb condition, but a few small imperfections can be seen. A great piece to round out your Azurite suite, or even more specifically your collection of Azurites from Morocco. Both sides of the specimens are rather showy, so it can easily be displayed from either direction. Priced at $2,000 in the inventory. From the collection of Leigh Price of Evergreen, Colorado.
