Item Description
A fine quality and really attractive specimen featuring a beautiful, sharp, lustrous, rich blue colored monoclinic prisms of Azurite on matrix to create a fantastic and eye-catching miniature specimen from this famous locality in Morocco. No serious damage that I can see with the naked eye on the display side. Perhaps a small separation mark on the right edge, but it's really attractive up close. It's a great display piece for anybody who collects copper minerals, secondary ore minerals or Moroccan minerals. Don't miss out on this one, better in person than the photos might suggest. Valued at $950. From the collection of Senator / Dr. Miguel Romero of Teuhuacan, Mexico (Collection #5146 or possibly #7941 as there are two number painted on the piece).
