Beautiful, deeper blue color "rosettes" of Azurite from the classic locality at Morenci. This area has produced some of the most attractive Azurite and Malachite combinations from any locality in the world. Obviously, Bisbee is the premier Arizona locality for Azurite, but Morenci produced some really eye-catching specimens over the years. This attractive display specimen features "rosettes" nearly all the way around, and for the most part, the piece is in great shape. Good specimen of Azurite from Morenci are not terribly common anymore, and certainly are worth picking up in this market.
