Item Description

A colorful, impressive, large and sculptural azurite and conichalcite specimen from the recent 2012 find at this well-known Lavrion mine. Stunning spherical aggregates of sparkly, "electric-blue" azurite crystals under bright light are festooned on the very sculptural matrix with starkly contrasting green conichalcite and blebs of gossan matrix. A very attractive, rich and displayable large specimen from this recent find. Valued at $500-700. The piece has two fine display views.
