Item Description

Sparkly, spherical aggregates of navy-blue azurite blades GLOW with electric-blue color under bright light on this showy, classic old-timer from Bisbee. The malachite is a typical compliment and the bit of periphery wear actually adds pizzazz to this piece, as it reveals the pretty blues of the banded, spherical growth of the azurites. Undoubtably old-time material, but no proof. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and purchased at the 1994 estate sale of Dr. Francis Jones of Kensington, California.
