Item Description
An impressive, 360-degree, jackstraw cluster of lustrous azurite blades from the renowned Tsumeb Mine. The crystals range from midnight-blue to striking areas of gemmy, desirable "electric-blue". The large crystal on the side is 5.7 cm and some of the crystals are partially pseudomorphed by malachite. Pocket contacting is noted to the terminations of crystals on the periphery, but has minimal impact on the displayability of this very rich and showy piece. Classic Tsumeb. Valued at $1000-1250.
