Item Description

A very fine and colorful, old-time CABINET combination plate from this obscure, small Arizona locale, that produced ore from 1877-1920. Pretty, sparkly, navy-blue, spherical aggregates of azurite blades are strikingly, richly and beautifully complimented by nubby, multi-hued, blue-green, botryoids of aurichalcite. The scupltural crust offers a fine bonus, as even the vuggy back has rich azurite coverage. This combination in this quality is rare from the Omega Mine. From the well known Tucson collection of 40-year collector, Harold Urish. Valued at $300.
