Item Description
Seriously gorgeous combination of intensely blue Azurite mounds growing on a rolling crust of rich green Malachite. Comparable in quality to ANYTHING from Bisbee, I would say, but it’s from Utah! The old Apex Mine produced into the early 1960s and was known, rarely, for such quality. Formerly in the Dr. Eugene E. Sensel collection, this cabinet specimen was originally purchased in 1958. GORGEOUS!
