Item Description
A very aesthetic small cabinet azurite from Milpillas. Two large and numerous smaller crystals are artfully strung out on the starkly contrasting white dickite clay-covered porphyry matrix. The two dominating large midnight-blue tabular crystals, to 1.7 cm, have brilliant luster and striking "electric-blue" color under bright light. Some of the small crystals are very gemmy. The two crystals are very nearly pristine, with only the upper crystal having a barely noticeable corner bruise, which is certainly only a modest detraction to this classic and excellent combination example of this style. Get a good one, while you can...this productive locality is now basically done.
