Azurite from Tsumeb is one of the most classic, and highly sought after species of the hundreds found at this famous locality. This piece features a fine quality, very sharp and rather lustrous, striated, deep midnight blue crystal of Azurite with a small amount of matrix. A very attractive specimen, and great quality for the material. Contacted on the back, but good shape on the front of the main crystal. Tsumeb specimens are rising in value by the minute it seems.
